Service and scope
These terms apply to momo JLPT, momo HSK and momo TOPIK provided by Gorae Labs. They are separate vocabulary-learning apps, not official examination services. Use of a particular build is limited to the grades, languages, content and functions actually offered in that build. The current development build contains repeated sample vocabulary and is not a complete or reviewed exam word list.
Personal use
You may install and use the app for your personal learning, subject to applicable law and the store licence. Keep your device and store account secure. Do not redistribute the app or its learning materials without permission, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, or bypass valid purchase restrictions. These terms do not limit uses that applicable law permits. Where a minor needs a guardian’s consent for a purchase or other transaction, follow the applicable law and the store’s family and purchase controls.
Learning information
Readings, meanings and examples are learning aids. Your assessment of whether you know a word is not a marked test answer, predicted score or guarantee of passing. Content and speech output can contain errors or depend on the installed voice. We welcome corrections at support@ttrufle.com. JLPT, HSK and TOPIK names identify the relevant examinations; the apps are not affiliated with or endorsed by their examination organisers.
Records and device changes
Learning progress, marked words and settings are stored locally. The app does not provide a momo account, cross-device synchronisation or a server backup. App removal, resetting a grade, device changes, system restrictions or storage failures can affect records. A store purchase restore can restore an eligible product entitlement; it does not reconstruct local learning progress. Do not rely on the app as your only record of important information.
Paid products, when offered
Purchases are disabled in the current development build. When a product becomes available, the store purchase screen identifies its price, currency, scope and purchase type before payment. A one-time grade-pack purchase is not a recurring subscription. Only the described pack is included; future grades, unrelated products and every future service are not automatically included.
Apple or Google processes purchases. Access is granted after the store confirms the relevant entitlement, and can be delayed while a transaction is pending. Restore uses an eligible purchase on the same platform and store account. JLPT, HSK and TOPIK purchases are separate; cross-app or cross-platform sharing is not promised. Store reversals, refunds or revoked transactions can remove the associated entitlement.
Refunds and consumer rights
Ask the store that billed you about its refund process, or contact support for help. Apple and Google have their own procedures, and eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty or other consumer rights. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule.
Changes, availability and responsibility
We may correct content, fix errors or change supported functions. Material changes affecting these terms or a paid product will be communicated through an appropriate app, store or website notice. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular exam result or support for every future device. These statements do not exclude liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The laws and dispute procedures that protect you as a consumer remain applicable; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or remove mandatory local rights.
Privacy and contact
The privacy policy explains local storage, optional Analytics, store providers and support messages. Allowing usage analytics is a separate choice, not a condition of learning.
