For display issues, include the message style, scrolling direction and device model. PNG sharing creates a still image. The flashlight requires supported hardware; avoid sharing private messages or photos.
Saved boards and sharing
Boards are saved on this device. Uninstalling may remove them. Sharing exports a still PNG; GIF and video export are not currently supported.
Lights and flashlight
Screen lights work on the display. The camera flashlight is available only on supported devices. Stop flashing effects if they cause discomfort.
Report a problem
Include device model, app and OS versions, steps taken, expected result and actual result. Hide personal details in screenshots.
