Scope and provider

This policy covers Beam for iOS and Android and this support website, provided by Gorae Labs (Ttrufle). Updated October 16, 2026.

Information stored on your device

Banner text, chosen photos, saved designs, language and display preferences are stored on your device. Beam does not send your text or photos to its own server or analytics services. There is no account creation or cloud synchronization. Uninstalling may remove this data. OS backup and restore follow your operating system settings.

Sharing and permissions

Choose backgrounds through the system photo picker. When you request sharing, a PNG is passed to the app you choose; that app handles it under its own policies. The hardware flashlight may require camera permission on iOS, but Beam does not capture or save camera images. Playback applies screen brightness and screen-awake settings and restores them when playback ends.

Optional usage analytics

If you opt in, Google Analytics for Firebase processes app usage statistics. This may include app version, OS and device environment, app-instance identifiers, screen and session information and feature interactions. Firebase may also automatically measure in-app purchase and subscription events, including product ID, name and price, associated with the app-instance identifier. Beam records saving, playback, PNG sharing, screen-light playback and flashlight activation. Text, photos, filenames and saved banner IDs are excluded from custom events. Collection is off by default. You may opt in or withdraw in Settings. Withdrawal stops future collection and resets local analytics data; it does not itself delete data already sent to the service. Contact us about applicable requests.

Advertising and privacy choices

Google AdMob banners may appear on Home, and interstitial ads may appear after editing or playback ends. Ads do not interrupt playback. Verified Pro access removes ads. The ads SDK may process approximate location derived from IP, app or device identifiers and environment, advertising and interaction data, and crash or performance diagnostics. Beam requests non-personalized ads and does not request iOS tracking authorization. Non-personalized ads can still process data for delivery and measurement. Google UMP offers consent and privacy choices in regions where required. Analytics consent and advertising choices are separate.

Service processing and retention

Google provides the analytics and advertising services. Network information may be processed on servers outside your country. Requests use HTTPS. Server-side analytics and advertising retention and deletion follow the relevant Google service settings, agreements and policies linked below. Beam does not keep server copies of your text or photos. When you email support, your email address and message are used to handle your request; please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

This support website

This website has no separate analytics or ad SDK and no contact form. Cloudflare may process request IP addresses and other network information to deliver and protect ttrufle.com, with retention governed by its policies.

Your choices and requests

Delete saved banners from the library. Withdraw analytics consent in Settings. Change advertising privacy choices where the consent SDK requires them. There is no Beam account to delete. Contact the public support email below for access, correction, deletion, restriction or service requests. Requests are handled according to information that can be identified, applicable law and service policies.

If data practices change, this page and its update date will be revised. Changes requiring additional consent will be explained in the applicable app flow.
