- app version and selected Standard or Advanced profile;
- the screen and action where the issue occurred; and
- accessibility settings such as large text or a screen reader, if relevant.
Do not send account credentials, payment information, or sensitive calculation values. If an example is useful, replace private values with simple sample numbers.
Offline operation
Calculator, worksheets, Coach, History, Audit, restore, and export are designed to work without a network connection. Opening this support site or the public privacy policy is an optional browser action and does require connectivity.
Records, exports, and deletion
Delete one saved calculation from History, or use Settings → Clear all history to remove all saved History and Audit records. This does not reset the current calculator, memories, profile, or preferences. Delete the app or clear its full storage through the operating system to remove the complete local app container.
Product scope
Financial Calculator is an independent study and calculation tool. It does not connect financial accounts, execute transactions, provide personalized financial advice, or claim exam-room approval. It is not official, endorsed, or affiliated with a calculator manufacturer, exam body, or financial institution.
