- the workspace, such as Calculator, Graph, Data, Tools, Programs, or History;
- the steps you took, the expected result, and the result you saw;
- a short sample expression, dataset, matrix, or program when relevant; and
- accessibility settings such as large text or a screen reader, if relevant.
Do not send credentials, payment information, unpublished work, or sensitive calculations. Use made-up numbers and a minimal program that still shows the issue.
Offline operation
Calculations, graphs, variables, lists, matrices, statistics, solvers, user-authored programs, Help, History, Audit, and restore are designed to work without an account or network connection. Opening this support site or sending email requires connectivity.
Local records and deletion
The app can keep calculator state, graph definitions, data, solver state, programs, imported program-image assets, History, Audit, and settings in its private app container. History entries can be deleted individually or cleared together. Programs and imported images have their own confirmed delete actions.
Clearing History does not clear every active workspace or saved program. To remove the complete local container, clear the app's storage where the operating system provides that control or delete the app. Device backup or transfer behavior can depend on operating-system and account settings.
Programs and imports
The programming workspace runs user-authored code in a bounded, on-device interpreter. It does not download or install remote code and does not expose network access, arbitrary host files, processes, FFI, or native-code execution. Time, instruction, memory, output, recursion, and cancellation limits apply.
A supported program-image file is read only after you choose it in the system file picker. The validated, bounded content is then stored in the local workspace.
Product scope
Scientific Calculator is an independent study and calculation tool. It is not official, endorsed, or affiliated with a calculator manufacturer, school, or exam body, and it does not claim exam-room approval. Verify safety-critical, academic, and professional results with an appropriate independent source.
