1. On-device projects
Silu stores imported JEF originals, edited projects, lettering text and settings on your device. Stitch processing and PNG generation happen locally. We operate no account, design-upload or cloud-sync service. Sharing or saving a file uses the system controls and the destination you choose; that destination has its own privacy practices.
2. Optional usage statistics
Usage sharing is off on a new installation. If you enable it in Settings, Google Analytics for Firebase receives screen names, import source (file or sample), export method and outcome, basic usage events, app version, device/OS information and an app-installation identifier. Google may derive approximate location from an IP address. Our analytics events never include your designs, filenames, file paths, stitch coordinates, images, lettering text or raw errors. We do not set a real-world user identity or account ID.
3. Purpose and consent
Statistics help improve usability and reliability. Editing works without analytics or an internet connection. You can decline consent or turn usage sharing off at any time in Settings. Turning it off stops subsequent collection and resets local analytics data and the app-installation identifier; it does not delete information already received by Google. Advertising identifiers, IDFV collection and ad personalization are disabled. Silu has no ads, purchases or cross-app tracking.
4. Service providers and retention
When you opt in, Google processes analytics through Firebase/Google Analytics infrastructure, which may operate outside your country. Analytics information follows the configured Google retention periods and service policies; aggregate reports may be retained separately. Device projects and preferences remain until you delete them or remove the app. Copies you save elsewhere and operating-system backups are managed separately. We cannot remotely recover or delete local designs we do not hold.
5. Support and this website
Gorae Labs uses the email address, message and attachments you send to support@ttrufle.com to investigate and respond. Email providers process delivery and storage. Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests and comply with applicable obligations, then removed when no longer needed. Do not send unnecessary personal information, credentials or licensed designs you may not share. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request paths, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect ttrufle.com. This website has no product analytics script or advertising cookies.
6. Your choices and contact
Use Settings → Share usage statistics to manage analytics consent. For access, correction or deletion of support information or other privacy questions, contact Gorae Labs at support@ttrufle.com. We have no user accounts; an email alone may not identify the analytics records of a particular installation. Changes to data processing will be reflected in this policy and store disclosures, with notices and consent where required.
